The Channel Sales Intern will support the Global Partner Account Team with the focus on fostering key strategic partnerships that are committed to driving both recurring and new business revenue growth for Minitab.
Generate and provide customers’ proformas for them to request payment.
Identify new license coordinator/contact.
Process requests for updating contact’s email addresses.
Assist with finance requests to get new contacts, when companies are delayed in payment
Assist with renewal follow up calls to guarantee renewals close in a timely manner.
Help with Leads
Assist with following with outstanding opportunities in CRM system that Minitab is positioning with Resellers and Direct customers.
Help sort and distribute new leads to resellers, according to location
Help with direct lead inquiries wherever we don’t have partners set up yet.
Help with Academic
Help with repetitive quoting of resellers that require the same quote for one academic institution bid, typically a minimum of 3.
Administrative Duties Include
Teamtrack and consultant form tracking and staging for review
Setting up calls and meetings
VAR (Value Added Reseller) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Assistance
Working with CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Office 365 Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excel in both written and verbal communication (email and phone)
Part time/temporary assignment
Student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing with a strong desire to work in a Sales environment.
Fluency in Portuguese required
Ability to work approximately 15 hours/week on site at State College Headquarters
This is an immediate opening for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters. Working hours and days can be flexible.
