Minitab is seeking a Mid-Market Manager (MMM) to drive our latest solution offerings to help our customers accelerate digital transformation. 

Position Description:  The Mid-Market Manager (MMM) participates in a virtual account team-selling environment, providing the Prospect/Customer with the primary point of contact within Minitab.  In this capacity, the MMM will assume the ownership role for their assigned accounts and territory within the mid-market segment (100M – 1B USD) while driving the identification, qualification and closing of opportunities leading to the generation of both new business (new logos, upsell, cross-sell, services) and renewal revenue. In addition, the MMM will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability, Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction levels and increased annual recurring revenue levels. Expected travel for on-site meetings with customers/prospects/partners is 20-35% under normal business circumstances.

 

Experience: 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in information technology/application software market required with average deal size greater than 10K.  Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas.   Previous success in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market strongly advised. Business Intelligence and or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate & Technical College degrees acceptable.

 

 Career Path: Following 2-3+ years of successful performance, promotion to Senior Account Executive if desired.
