Studio Director – MiniLuxe

Client Service - Ensuring each client receives a consistently inviting, memorable, and hygienic experience

Talent Management - Actively recruit, onboard, and train talent that reflects the MiniLuxe standard AND build a motivated team to meet client demand

Operational Management – Manage Inventory, Retail, Scheduling, P&L, and Facilities (just to name a few!)

Sales Leadership - Drive team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by fostering a positive environment, increasing productivity, and reducing turnover

Community Connection - Actively seeks new partnerships and event planning opportunities to build strong community relationships and brand awareness


Entrepreneurial Mindset - A problem solver, driven analytically and creatively

Strong Communication Skills - Sets clear expectations and gives/receives feedback positively and effectively

2+ Years Experience in a customer service environment (i.e. Food Service, Beauty, Hospitality) with a proven record of success
