District Director

MiniLuxe is a rapidly growing brand reinventing the nail and waxing industry by creating mini moments of luxury for our clients through clean self-care.

We are seeking a Boston area District Director to lead our studios, people, and business to achieve their greatest potential and ensure standards of service and client experience. As a MiniLuxe District Director, you will manage a multi-store district and develop the vision and business strategies to achieve expected levels of customer service and team development. District Directors are responsible for managing district performance through sales, labor, and profitability goals and ensure that the MiniLuxe brand comes to life at retail through the execution of key brand, product, marketing, and seasonal initiatives. At MiniLuxe we embrace everyday challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit, placing emphasis on team culture and client delight.

Responsibilities

Client Experience – Ensures that studio teams deliver mini moments of luxury to all MiniLuxe clients and go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service. Our District Directors passionately engage with clients on the floor to set the standard for brand education and service knowledge.

Talent Management – Actively recruits, trains, and develops talent to meet client demand and that reflects the MiniLuxe standards and passion for the brand. Our District Directors ensure that all employees feel welcomed into the MiniLuxe family and have a safe place to work.

Sales Leadership – Coaches studio managers and holds them accountable to exceed sales goals with a balanced approach focusing on people, financial, and customer experience metrics equally. Our District Directors have ultimate P&L responsibility for each of their studio locations, while also actively partnering with HQ leadership teams to drive business needs.

Operational Excellence – We strive for operational excellence in all aspects of the studio, first and foremost leading with CLEAN. Our District Directors ensure a commitment to MiniLuxe’s operational policies and procedures to deliver exceptional experiences.

Community Connection - Actively grows brand awareness and community connections by seeking new partnerships and event planning opportunities. Our District Directors creatively engage with the communities around them to develop and execute local marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Influential Leader and Mentor - Internally motivated, TEAM focused
  • Passion for People - Friendly, upbeat, and selfless personality
  • Highly Organized - A dynamic multitasker in a constantly changing environment
  • 3-5 Years Experience in multi-unit management
  • 3-5 Years Experience in beauty, hospitality, food service, or retail industries strongly preferred
