Responsibilities:
Security Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Stay updated on the latest security regulations and trends, adjusting practices as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Information Security and other departments to enforce security policies.
- Provide detailed compliance reports to management.
Risk Management
- Establish and oversee a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk mitigation strategies into business operations.
- Develop and maintain an incident response plan and coordinate responses to security incidents.
Security Awareness Training
- Develop and manage a comprehensive security awareness program.
- Conduct regular training sessions on security best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, updating as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, focusing on compliance, risk management, and security operations.
- Proficiency with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience with cloud security, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current security threats and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
