About the Role:

As an Affiliates Manager at Mindvalley, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and enhancing our brand presence through strategic affiliate partnerships. This position demands a blend of marketing acumen, charismatic networking abilities, and a keen eye for crafting win-win deal structures. You'll be responsible for building and managing affiliate and partner programs that align with our company's vision of mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners through various channels, including working with affiliate networks (I.e. Clickbank).
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of affiliate programs.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in affiliate marketing.
  • Understand SEO, media buying, funnels, and general marketing strategies to enhance affiliate program effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and strategies.

Networking  and Relationship Management:

  • Represent the company at industry events, such as affiliate conferences, to network with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.
  • Manage communication and negotiate deals to maximize profitability and partnership value.

Networking  and Relationship Management:

  • Craft innovative deal structures that benefit both the company and affiliates.
  • Negotiate terms with affiliates to ensure competitive and compelling offers.

Networking  and Relationship Management:

  • Beyond affiliate programs, develop and manage partner programs that contribute to mutual growth.
  • Invest in partner success through training, resources, and support to foster long-term relationships.

Technical Competencies:

  • General Marketing: Good understanding of SEO, media buying, funnels, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, understanding of commission models and tracking methods.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments and report on ROI.

Soft Skills:

  • Charismatic Leadership: Engaging and persuasive communicator, able to inspire and motivate partners.
  • Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation, with a knack for crafting deals that appeal to both sides.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Independent thinker with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of growing affiliate networks and managing successful partnerships.
  • Background in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience attending and participating in industry conferences and events.
  • Entrepreneurial background, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about business growth.
