About the Role

As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players, across various tiers with a key focus on hospitality and lifestyle experience entities. You will leverage these partnerships to promote our B2C and B2B products, driving revenue growth and brand visibility within the sector. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners within the lifestyle and hospitality industries, including hotels, resorts, spas, wellness/personal development retreats, and other relevant establishments.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored pitches and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing ongoing support.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Represent Mindvalley at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Strategic Planning: Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop long-term partnership strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and partner needs, while also remaining agile and adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including prospecting for potential partners, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships that align with company goals.
  • Revenue Management: Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies to optimize partnership agreements, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing models to maximize profitability and ROI.
  • Market Insights: Ability to gather and analyze market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends within the hospitality sector to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Positioning: Ability to position the company's products and services effectively within the hospitality sector, leveraging partnerships to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Detailed proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is essential for managing partner relationships, tracking interactions, and monitoring partnership performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Excellent ability to analyze partnership metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and visualization is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, negotiating agreements, and building rapport with partners and internal teams.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders are crucial for fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Negotiation: The ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in partnership agreements, including terms and pricing structures, while maintaining a positive relationship with partners.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify challenges, address issues, and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles in partnership initiatives.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for cultural differences, particularly important in the hospitality sector where partnerships may involve international or diverse stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality sector, including industry dynamics, trends, and key players.
