About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to enhance our B2C Marketing team. This role is pivotal in leveraging creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles to elevate customer journeys and propel business growth through improved conversion rates across digital platforms, such as websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities

  • A/B and Multivariate Testing:
    • Assist in conducting A/B tests and multivariate tests to fine-tune conversion rates and user experience.
    • Analyze test outcomes to inform further optimization strategies.
  • Analytics and User Behavior Analysis:
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO to study user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Support data-driven decision-making processes by interpreting analytics insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work alongside marketing, design, and development teams to implement effective CRO strategies.
    • Ensure cohesive execution of optimization practices across all digital touchpoints.
  • Landing Page and Content Optimization:
    • Aid in the development and refinement of landing pages and CTAs to maximize conversion potential.
    • Engage in content optimization efforts for enhanced user engagement and conversions.
  • Customer Insights and Market Trends:
    • Facilitate the collection of customer feedback through surveys and feedback tools to grasp customer needs and pain points.
    • Stay abreast of the latest CRO, UX/UI design, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve strategies and techniques.

Technical Competencies

  • CRO Principles and A/B Testing: Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization and experience with A/B testing methodologies to enhance website performance.
  • Web Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar, for analyzing user behavior and optimizing conversion paths.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Web Development Basics: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred, to effectively collaborate with technical teams in implementing CRO strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate insights and strategies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative mindset with an attention to detail, essential for innovating and refining conversion strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in CRO, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Nice to have: Experience with UX/UI design principles, certification in Google Analytics, and familiarity with paid media strategies for enhancing CRO outcomes.
