About the Role

You will be joining Mindvalley to lead the strategy for customer retention. Our members have access to the world’s greatest programs to unleash their greatness. Your role is to analyze their preferences and improve the engagement and stickiness of our membership.

By applying a data oriented approach you will lead the strategy for Membership Retention in Mindvalley and, together with your team, you will directly contribute to our mission of bringing transformation to millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage customer data to build actionable plans to improve engagement and stickiness.
  • Coordinate initiatives across multiple functions including, but not limited to, Marketing, Membership Experience, Data, Tech, Creatives etc.
  • Keep a vigilant check on customer behaviour & measure various points / times of consumption across Life time. You will be responsible for strategies towards churn management and improving engagement with measurable targets.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that customer touch points through data points as well as communicating back through channels in a timely manner.
  • Proactively engage customers with the goal of improving adoption, satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Monitor conversion post acquisition including loyalty led programs & through communities.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the rewards offers remain competitive in the market through relevant offers.
  • Responsible for day to day management of rewards (agencies and vendor) to ensure all activities are done within agreed parameters.
  • Devise retention campaigns including content trials to maintain a healthy customer satisfaction and member acquisition rate.

Requirements

  • You have obtained a Bachelor Degree or higher
  • You are a proven customer retention leader, with a track record of leading teams and businesses to retention growth,
  • You proactively look at solutions and improvements,
  • You have an analytical mindset and a data oriented approach,
  • You are excited to contribute to the Mindvalley mission and vision.
