Job Description
Use data from one of the largest sales readiness platform on the planet to craft solutions with data analysis, statistical modeling and supervised machine learning. This role has the potential to transform sales readiness using data.

You’ll be continually collaborating with internal services and engineering teams, customer-facing account teams, and enablement leaders in our customer base. The data driven prototypes, reports and models you build will serve as as conduit to transform MindTickle's readiness platform

Responsibilities

- Direct and execute multiple medium to large analytic projects along with rest of the stakeholders in the services, engineering & products team
- Build prototypes to demonstrate innovative data driven product ideas
- Collaborating with the internal teams to fully understand business requirements and desired business outcomes
- Contribute to the development of the team's analytical skills and business knowledge
- Work as independent contributor mostly and as a team lead if needed by providing guidance to other team members when required
- Be the face of data in the organization and promote new methodologies, analytical products and best practices across the organization
- Provide subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex data driven analytic projects

Qualifications

Data/Technical

- 3+ years of analytical experience in applying statistical solutions to business problems
- Graduate degree in Quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated hands on data analysis & visualization expertise with SQL, Python over structured as well as unstructured data
- Demonstrated hand-on experience in building simple batch data processing jobs to move data from stores like NoSQL databases, elastic search, RDBMS, over kafka into a landing area for analysis. Nice to have experience/ability to convert the experimental jobs into production ready data pipelines
- Proficiency in key statistical techniques
- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple analytic projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to innovate solutions to solve business problems

- Ability to present complex data analysis in a way that is consumable by customers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Ability to function in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Detailed oriented, is expected to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports & data analysis
- Proven skills in translating analytics output to actionable recommendations, and delivery
- Experience in presenting ideas and analysis to stakeholders
- Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strive to continually learn
