We are looking for bright, curious, customer-focused consultants who are motivated by helping customers achieve success. This position provides the opportunity to work with some of the smartest individuals from both MindTickle and our customers, who work in fast-growing companies across a variety of industries.

Role & Responsibilities 

PS Consultants are MindTickle experts who are responsible for the successful onboarding and deployment of our platform within the client organization. Their job is to accelerate the time to first value and ensure that the first program is a major success. PS Consultants leverage their extensive product knowledge, understanding of sales enablement, and best practices experience to advise and guide clients on the many decisions made during onboarding. They also act as project managers, working proactively to keep the onboarding process on schedule and ensure that all milestones are met.

PS Consultants are also responsible for fully preparing the client team to successfully manage MindTickle. This includes enabling the people (Program Manager, MT Admins, Content Authors) and putting in place the processes required to move forward successfully.

Post-onboarding, PS Consultants may provide a range of services including: project planning for new use cases, Program Manager support, onboarding for new client team members, and more

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing the client onboarding process to ensure quick time to value, a successful deployment that meets established goals, and a positive customer experience. This includes:
    • Running project kick-off, planning, post-launch, and final project review meetings.
    • Advising on platform setup, user administration, content organization, reporting, and analytics.
    • Providing recommendations on communication planning and messaging.
    • Overseeing integrations to ensure they are delivered on time and meet the client needs.
    • Providing ongoing mentoring and support for Program Managers during onboarding.
    • Delivering or overseeing the training for Program Managers, MT Admins, and Content Authors.
  • Providing project support throughout the subscription, based on the services purchased.
    • Providing product implementation support for Program Managers.
    • Running project kick-off, planning, post-launch, and final project review meetings.
    • Advising on best practices and guidelines.
    • Delivering or overseeing the training for new Program Managers, MT Admins, and Authors as needed.
  • Supporting our Customer Success Managers in program planning and business reviews.
  • Helping to develop best practices guides, tools, and templates.


  • 5-8 years of B2B experience supporting Fortune 100 customers
  • 2-4 years of B2B experience managing large-scale, multi-group, or global deployments
  • Experience as a power user on a SaaS, enterprise software platform
  • Comfortable with analytics and 1-2 years of experience working with data-driven dashboards and reports
  • Outstanding professional services skills (training, project management, software implementations)
  • Outstanding customer management skills (communications, problem-solving, proactive support)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a rapidly changing product and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is the only constant
  • Hungry and humble with a low ego, and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Personable and collaborative with a track record of working successfully across teams
  • Sales enablement experience is a big plus
