About You:

  • Highly self-motivated individual with a first in, last out approach to work
  • You believe in no excuses and have a 'find a way to find a way' mentality
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling software-as-a-service
  • Ability to build long-term relationships within accounts and drive long sales cycle
  • Consistent history of overachieving quota and closing accounts
  • Experience with Value Based Selling and/or MEDDICC
  • Maniacal approach to closing net new logos
  • Experience up-selling, cross-selling and building new champions within your customer base
  • Utilize open-ended questions and enjoy asking strategic 2nd and 3rd level questions
  • You know what P-Club stands for and have attended at least one in your career

Position Requirements:

  • Strategic selling into net new logos
  • Ability to sell into Sales and Sales Enablement leaders with CXX, VP and Director level titles
  • Experience with "Land and Expand" model
  • Ensure customers are happy, healthy and productive  
  • Ability to perform your own demos
  • Ability to build strong internal stakeholders within MindTIckle (Executive Team, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Ability to sell the platform
  • Ability to differentiate from the competition
  • 3-10 years of solution sales experience selling complex software-as-a-service platforms
  • Proven track record of driving and closing deals Enterprise deals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to close deals within Quarter
  • 4-year degree
