We’re democratising coaching to unlock every employee and leader’s potential to maximise performance.

Additionally, the team will be responsible for defining best-in-classes digital processes, building a new portfolio of internal products and a scalable design system. We’re also streamlining our business and creating a scalable operational foundation from which to enable high growth.

The role 

We are looking for an experienced Platform Support Specialist who is passionate about supporting client deliveries across a range of Virtual Delivery Platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Blue Jeans or Google Handouts). You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to support the digital platforms adopted to deliver the company’s vision with a focus on solving and improving challenges at the heart of our organisation.


  • Provide daily support for our client coach sessions across Virtual Delivery Platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Blue Jeans or Google Handouts).
  • Own the delivery model with outsourced service providers of Virtual Delivery Platforms.
  • Support the training and upskilling of internal colleagues and our Coach network with new Virtual Platform features, changes and ways of working.
  • Work closely with MindGym's IT and Customer Success team to ensure internal and external documentation is created and maintained.
  • Analyse and inform the Product team of changes needed to product range to support effectively virtual delivery by coaches.
  • Research and prototype possible new vendor platforms (if required), considering requirements across Product design and Coach delivery.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding on current and new platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of security working with MindGym’s IT team.


  • Strong experience in working with a number of Virtual Delivery Platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Blue Jeans or Google Handouts)
  • Experience of working collaboratively with client delivery teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Beneficial but not essential development knowledge of HTML.
