The job

We are looking for a creative, data and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team and manage MindGym’s integrated B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels to support customer acquisition strategy
  • Work collaboratively with team members in marketing and cross-functional teams (e.g. sales in EMEA & Americas) to ensure timely and effective promotion of new campaigns across the whole sales process
  • Deliver high-quality marketing campaigns, maintaining regular measurement of campaign ROI as well as collecting & presenting feedback for ongoing campaign learning and improvement to senior management
  • Build campaigns in our marketing automation system (Pardot) involving elements of copywriting, data management, email building
  • Continually test and optimise marketing channels and communications, working to improve KPIs, such as email open rate, number of registrations and attendance rate at events

 

About you

  • At least 2 years in Marketing with direct campaign management experience (preferably in a B2B, HR or technology environment)
  • Able to demonstrate how you’ve implemented B2B buyer journeys to build engagement from brand to demand to loyalty
  • A natural problem solver who makes data driven decisions and rarely gets flustered when things go wrong
  • Strong communication and project management skills are key
  • Proficient in Pardot, Salesforce or related marketing automation software
  • Technically capable with a strong mix of copywriting and analytical skills
  • Experience with running events and/or webinars is desirable
  • Experience with Monday.com, Figma, Miro or Strapi is desirable
  • Some HTML proficiency is desirable
