We have developed a suite of new digital products, and we are ready to take them to the market... That means that we need the best of the best in digital sales.
These roles focus on selling intellectual, digitally enabled products to FTSE 250 companies and beyond (think Google, M&S, Tesco, EE...). It's all about having compelling conversations with executive level decision makers (Typically within HR and L&D teams) daily, to understand what is in their future and how we can help them to get there!
This is all about developing our existing client base and reaching new clients in un-chartered territories, whilst working collaboratively with our existing Mind Gym client team.
Relationships are everything... It's about understanding our customers and their needs... really probing in conversation to understand their mission and objectives.
You need to have:
The creation and delivery of proposals down to an art. Client pitches for new projects are your bread and butter here...
A strong understanding of the buyer and the sales process. Client mapping, market researching, competitor mapping are all daily activities for you.
An established approach to client and account management. Contract renewals and the upsell process are second nature to you...
A super strong background in Digital (SAAS) and B2B sales (Ideally within a high-growth or scale up environment) because that will be critical for this role!
