Job Purpose

Work alongside Mind Gym’s Chief behavioural science officer in leading Mind Gym's global product innovation, research & development, and digital solutions expansion with a team of in-house instructional designers through the development and implementation of complex points of views and products including on topics such as how leaders can effectively manage teams in a hybrid workplace, organizational responsibility for individual employee wellbeing, management development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

 Research

  • Conduct market and academic research and turn insights into points of view or Mind Gym products
  • Establish ongoing internal cross functional processes whereby latest research is prevalent in the business

Quality design

  • Lead the design and QA of world-beating learning and communication experiences that are proven to change businesses as well as the people who work in them
  • Set up a communication channel with Coach Network and Creative team to increase product effectiveness and quality metrics
  • Establish internal processes that ensure the effective ongoing review of portfolio offering
  • Keep a global mindset, whilst understanding local needs when creating new products or reviewing existing ones so that they land in any client setting

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure roles, responsibilities, and next steps are clear, therefore tracking progress and ensuring the team meets deadlines
  • Lead the alignment with other functional leads to ensure Innovation is fully integrated in the business

Leadership

  • Organise the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Manage, coach and provide wise counsel to new and less experienced members of the team
  • Support the development of individuals in the team to build highly capable function
  • Proactively manage resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality of product delivery

About you:

  • Experience in psychology or related field (IO psychology, HR, L&D) with a strong interest in research and content creation for a wide variety of deliverables
  • Experience in project management, collaborating cross-functionally with the ability to see tasks through to completion on delivery date
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and disseminate that knowledge cross-functionally
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; MSc preferred
