We’re assembling a new digital function from scratch and we’re looking for a Digital Solutions Designer (Behavioural Scientist).
Our digital team that is tasked with developing a new platform that will serve highly
personalised learning experiences and deliver measurable behavioural change for a global
audience.
Additionally, the team will be responsible for defining best-in-classes digital processes, building a new portfolio of products and a scalable design system. 
At the heart of what we’re building is our adaptive learning platform which will become the bedrock for our wider digital eco-system. This platform will allow us to maximise our IP, content, and data, from 20 years as behavioural science/change management experts and allows us to expand into new markets. Basically, we’re using everything we’ve learned to make new products like training apps and leadership programmes. And we’re expanding fast.
 
The role:
As a Digital Solutions Designer you will...
Research and apply scientific evidence from various psychology fields (e.g., applied psychology, organisational behaviour, social (psychology) to tackle the most prominent challenges faced by managers and employees at work.
This will be across multiple topics related to the existing and future MindGym product portfolio.
Contribute to developing tools to diagnose blockers to individual behaviour change in across organisational contexts and topics.
Work with content designers to create engaging, usable, and comprehensive, content comprising behaviour change techniques & exercises.
Work with Product/UX designers, user researchers, and CRM, to design engaging experiences for users based on behavioural science insights & frameworks (e.g., applying MINDSPACE to create effective user communications).
Collaborate with User Research and Data Analytics on designing experiments to understand & change user behaviour.
Scan the existing Mind Gym portfolio of face-to-face products for most suitable assets, tools, and techniques to be adapted to digital products.
Be part of a growing team of behavioural scientists in Digital, and a wider international community of behavioural scientists in Mind Gym.
Work closely with other Mind Gym areas to ensure high quality and relevance of all produced content (e.g. R&D, Marketing, client teams).
Skills:
Background in psychological/behavioural science (e.g., psychology, organisational behaviour, social science, judgement & decision-making).
Experience working with a cross-functional digital product teams
Preferably:
Knowledge of / experience in applying behavioural science frameworks to design interventions (e.g., COM-B, MINDSPACE, etc.)
Experience in testing interventions and running experiments in real world contexts (e.g., RCTs, A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc.)
