Client Delivery Associate Project Manager

Location: Remote US*

*Must be located in Central or East Coast Time Zone; Option to work in our NYC office.

The Role:

The Client Delivery Associate Project Manager (APM) establishes relationships with clients and our coaching pool, acting as the key touch point for all client deliveries and ensuring outstanding customer service.

APMs deliver the highest level of client service and project management through partnering with internal colleagues and external client stakeholders in the delivery of Mind Gym solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in effecting change by motivating – and ensuring - internal and external teams work together smoothly and productively to deliver impeccable results for our clients. In particular, the role will:

  • Run global programs in support of a Senior Client Delivery Project Manager
  • Learn and execute our end-to-end process to support in delighting our clients
  • Provide professional, informed and timely responses to initial prospect or client inquiries
  • Act as the core to any simple project, rallying teams and ensuring projects are properly resourced throughout their lifecycle

  • 2-4 years experience in a project and/or client management capacity
  • Demonstrate high quality work and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of efficient multi-tasking, ensuring that processes are implemented correctly and completely
  • Demonstrate flexibility and poise under pressure
  • Experience independently managing cross functional projects
