As a member of a growing business, you will be a part of a dynamic, results-driven team responsible for generating revenue for our internal products and surpassing targets and goals.

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare and build seasonal catalogues for the website (English and French)Prepare and build seasonal sales files for the website (English and French)
Work directly in the E-Commerce platform system, writing product content is accurate, posted and completed.
Support photo studio team and graphic designer in ecommerce images delivery
Review and update existing products to include the most up to date product information and features
Update inventory, request stock and approve requests of stock from the E-Commerce warehouses.
Create promotional codes / gift cards
Ensure the product images, descriptions, prices promotions and prices are accurate and constantly updated
Work with marketing team to plan promotions on our website, grow and drive traffic sales and assist in running site-wide promotional events.
Provide reporting and analytics on key online performance indicators
Analyze sales data and remain well informed of competitive listings to provide feedback to marketing team to promote the low seller in social media
Be in daily contact with the developer for all changes, updates, modifications on the website
Manage relationships and performance of third parties such as affiliate company (regarding affiliates opportunities) Google, Online advertising agency, CRM, website platform provider, etc.
Assist Care department with issues or troubleshooting related to the website
Collaborate on the development of customer segmentation strategies, and feed campaign performance insights back to the analysis team in an iterative improvement loop
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Build segmented newsletters based on customer interest
Report on performance

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

5 years’ experience in an ecommerce specialist role
Previous success growing an e-com store
Analytical mindset
Experience with email marketing platforms
Knowledge in Momentis and Google Analytics an asset
Knowledge and experience in Excel
