Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Compensation, you will be a key player in the support and continued development of the compensation structure. Educate, regulate and innovate to ensure the organization is taking the right steps to retain and attract through proper employee skill evaluations and fair market ranges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support & maintain existing compensation structure
  • Conduct external benchmarking to identify trends in total compensation
  • Support broader activities and projects with compensation implications
  • Participate in the annual compensation cycle including annual salary review process, bonus payouts, etc
  • Maintain the job evaluation system and evaluate all new positions / positions changes in the organization
  • Oversee the approval of all salaries for new hires, promotions, or internal transfers
  • Lead regular salary survey and benchmarking market review process
  • Conduct research on compensation best practices and policies
  • Provide ad-hoc compensation analytics and support

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of compensation trends and best practices
  • Must be very proficient in Radford or Mercer
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Compensation experience in tech space with a strong understanding of the roles and industry
  • Previous experience with benefits administration
  • Global compensation experience
    • EU compensation knowledge preferred
