Our team is looking for an Account Manager - Content who has a natural ability for people management and a passion for providing an extraordinary user experience. The ideal candidate will be analytical, a strategic problem solver, have a demonstrated track record of relentless, effective execution, and experience working in fast -paced environment.

The Content Partner team is part of a larger business group that supports content creators on our platforms. The team is responsible for account management for large studio producers. As a Content Partner Manager, you will focus on providing excellent service to members in our program, develop a strong understanding of our industry and help partners optimize their campaigns and adapt to trends. You will act as a key liaison between our brands and partners.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Establish clear goals aligned with corporate objectives, define, and implement strategies to achieve these goals
  • Develop employees and cultivate an environment where they can succeed through inspiration and empowerment
  • Manage strategies and assist with content partner acquisition and retention
  • Examine statistics, develop, and enforce standards, drive teams to success with core KPI's
  • Build personal relationships with new and existing content partners
  • Maintain weekly, monthly and annual reports pertaining to progress and issues
  • Provide support to account representatives to overcome obstacles
  • Act as a point of escalation to resolve issues
  • Stay up to date with local and global industry and relevant regulatory developments, implement best practices to areas of improvement
  • Identify high potential partners to help execute brand initiatives
  • Create, optimize, and maintain content partner advertising campaigns

What you'll need to be successful: 

Must haves

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team
  • Affiliate marketing experience preferable
  • 5 years of account management experience
  • Adaptability, collaborative in a team environment and ability to work independently
  • Strong social skills and interpersonal awareness
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to research/seek out relevant information when needed
  • Ability to manage interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk, an asset
