We are a seeking a motivated Service Desk technician to help support our organizations internal clients and employees. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone, and other electronic medium
  • Configure equipment in order to connect to Internet application servers
  • Maintain MAC workstations and help in supporting Windows 10 workstations
  • Deploy new workstations and install all software. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services
  • Provide help-desk support to end-users (local and remote) Level, I & II
  • Additional duties include, but aren't limited to: installing, patching, maintaining software, email, etc.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves: 

  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MAC workstations and notebooks; and Windows 10 desktops, Windows networking and Active Directory
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
