As Process Improvement Manager, be our ambassador for continuous improvement and guide the organization by driving efficiency through the detection of areas of development and executing accordingly in partnership with the business.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Act as a coach and trainer for continuous improvement methodologies
  • Gather process requirements with various internal stakeholders
  • Build a team of process improvement specialists
  • Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to team members
  • Influence change management in the adoption of new processes
  • Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing processes
  • Participate in process improvement and definition activities
  • Implements a lean management system and ensures that all elements such as standardized processes, problems solving and governance are in place to drive sustainable results
  • Utilizes value stream mapping and various lean tools to select the right blend of kaizen events and projects that drive business improvement
  • Draft process proposals
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes, in collaboration with all other departments required
  • Managing improvement teams and external contractors
  • Create documentation outlining process improvements
  • Update department procedures and policies
  • Keep track and report on department process maturity

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves: 

  • 4+ years of experience in process management and optimization with 1 year of leadership experience
  • Degree in business management, process control management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Can prioritize competing urgencies
  • Experience with Agile frameworks
  • Ability to manage complex projects with changing requirements
  • Strong sense of ownership and dedication to results
  • Ability to effectively communicate assessment and process changes required in order to gain trust and buy in from stakeholders

Nice to haves: 

  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Lean Six Sigma certified
