We are looking for a Vice President, People & Culture to lead and drive our people, culture, and talent acquisition strategies and focus in the following areas:

As a strategic business partner to the leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives, making effective people-related decisions based on data and ensuring that the company continues to foster a people centric culture.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a global HR team across multiple locations
  • Ensure HR alignment across all offices
  • Contribute to the deployment of HR programs globally
  • Work with the leadership team to build upon and execute a long-term strategy for the People and Culture division
  • Build upon existing programs for recognition & retention, change management, succession planning, compensation & benefits and talent acquisition
  • Ensure that all People and Culture decisions, programs and processes are aligned with our culture and core values
  • Analyze the current company HR programs, processes, and systems in order to optimize and automate where possible
  • Implement company-wide performance management programs that supports a high-performance culture while maintaining transparent feedback across the company
  • Partner with our leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs
  • Support talent acquisition in their efforts to recruit top talent through creative initiatives and the creation, management, and development of a strong employer brand
  • Evaluate employee motivation and engagement through regular surveys
  • Build scalable learning and development programs that help grow our team’s capabilities, support retention, nurture our top talent and implement programs around diversity & inclusion
  • Collaborate with internal legal counsel regarding employment matters and compliance with regulations
  • Prepare, analyze, and report on People, Culture and Talent Acquisition metrics in line with the company’s objectives (Time to recruit, Employee retention, people satisfaction scores, workforce diversity, etc)
  • Manage continuous change and evolution in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

What you’ll need to be successful:

 Must Haves:
CHRO certified

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Experienced with all key functional areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, training and development and total rewards
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define, pursue and prioritize various high impact business objectives
  • Experience in scaling organizations and implementing structure and alignment across offices
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and capable of balancing the needs of the business and the needs of the people
  • Proven ability to build and execute on strong culture driving and impactful people programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional communication skills, able to clearly and simply articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver
