As a Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS), you will be reporting directly to the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist. As a DMS, you will use a combination of creativity and analytical skills to develop and execute acquisition strategies. In this role, you will optimize landing pages, set up tests, analyze & interpret results and share observations with your team. In addition to your DMS responsibilities, you will be mandated to work with the Monetization Manager with project management tasks for the Affiliate and Ads Purchasing traffic sources.

What you’ll be doing:

DMS responsibilities:

  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns for promos, tests, and website maintenance to enhance conversion based on qualitative and quantitative sources of data
  • Devise strong creative and data driven Affiliate strategies to grow online direct traffic to the designated websites
  • Write subject strategy & test plans and provide recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers that will help to increase conversion
  • Collaborate with Design Manager and the internal design team to discuss design requirements and support on special projects
  • Provide quick & efficient data reporting as requested by Monetization Lead and Monetization Manager
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies & return of its ROI on all web properties
  • Report on the progress of conversion optimization on a weekly and monthly basis through the delivery of key performance indicator reports and conversion test logs
  • Assist with the Tubes channel maintenance and management

Project coordination responsibilities:

  • Assist the Monetization Manager with the creation of quarterly roadmaps and scheduling
  • Be the main point of contact when required for project coordination when multiple units are assigned to ensure synergy
  • Monitor & manage projects’ progress and update Project Board and the Master Log Board as needed
  • Collaborate on the creation and distribution of project tasks and requirements with the Monetization Leads and Design Manager

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing​ or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing Landscape and E-commerce
  • Understanding of basic website design and development
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines​
  • Driven, results-orientated and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile and JIRA environment
  • Good design & technical brief writing skills (design requirements, user stories and business cases)
  • Experience in pulling reports, analyzing data and making recommendation
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects & tasks at the same time

Nice to Haves:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, VBA etc.) is a strong asset
