Role Description:

This summer, Mill is looking for a rockstar individual to help our expanding Supply Chain team initiatives.  In this role, you will closely manage existing supplier relationships and help identify and onboard new suppliers.  You will also be tightly involved in driving down product costs – identifying and driving cost reduction activities internally and externally.  This is a fantastic opportunity to develop experience managing cost & supply across a global supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day supply execution with Mill’s existing supply partners.
  • Interface closely internally with Product Design, Factory Ops, and Product Quality to troubleshoot supply or quality issues.
  • Identify cost-down opportunities, and lead both strategic  & tactical cost-down initiatives.
  • Negotiate with suppliers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ME, EE, IE degree preferred (on in-progress)

Preferred Qualifications [If applicable]:

  • MBA or MS in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringExperience working in a manufacturing or factory environment
