Migo is looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Indonesia. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our social media and digital strategy. Responsibilities
  • Help define social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Develop and manage social media calendar and execute campaigns based on learnings
  • Monitor user engagement and overall digital performance
  • Analyze metrics, prepare needed reports and suggest content optimization
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure that released contents are informative and appealing
  • Understand the changes happening and the topline algorithms across platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies and trends
 
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably from internet or FMCG industry
  • Strong technical know-hows of digital marketing like UAC and sponsored ads
  • Consumer-focused, creative and results-oriented
  • Team player
