Job Overview

The Communications Manager plays an important role in establishing Migo as a highly relevant brand that captures the hearts of its different customer segments. Working hand in hand with the Consumer Journey Team, this person will lead Migo’s communication strategies, plans and programs to enhance the consumer journey experience, build brand love and forge an engaging and loyal relationship with its users and target customers in the Indonesian mass market.



  • Define, lead and implement integrated communication strategies across Migo’s online and offline channels and encompassing all the different consumer touchpoints
  • Craft and execute thoughtful messaging plans that supplement a seamless consumer journey, resonate with our target consumers and amplify brand love
  • Supervise the development of marketing collaterals to ensure that they align with the overall brand strategy and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the greater Marketing team in exploring opportunities for Migo to enhance its ability to connect with its consumers
  • Leverage on consumer insights and user research to improve communication strategies



  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the telco, FMCG, technology/internet companies and/or advertising/marketing agencies
  • Proven experience in developing and driving multi-channel communication strategies and projects
  • Powerful communicator, with strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English language
  • Highly perceptive of the Indonesian mass market consumer behavior
