Migo is in search of a Marketing Manager for Usage and Retention that will catapult the brand towards becoming a top-of-mind choice for quality, affordable content across the Indonesian mass market. This role requires strong leadership that is capable to drive growth initiatives as it delivers end-to-end consumer marketing strategies. Your strong intuition of the unique customer profiles along with your data-driven understanding of their needs will pave the way for us to continue bringing previously unimaginable experiences to our early adopters and beyond.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive, plan, and implement clear effective go-to-market strategies to increase usage frequency, achieve active engagement, and minimize potential churn
  • Lead, craft, and monitor retention programs based on a thorough understanding of our diverse and dynamic customer profiles
  • Transform consumer insights into data-driven, actionable projects and campaigns that ensure positive customer experience
  • Provide resourceful, creative, and innovative marketing strategies that maintain a high-trust customer relationship and boost user satisfaction
  • Collaborate across teams and functions to develop plans to increase customer lifetime value, brand loyalty, and product advocacy

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications, FMCG, and/or technology/internet industries, active involvement in go-to market launch is a plus
  • Expertise in fundamental marketing and sales principles with specialization in loyalty marketing and customer retention
  • Consumer-oriented and user-centric, has a knack in understanding and forecasting trends in the mass market
  • Strong knowledge in both traditional and digital marketing strategies in both owned and earned multi-media platforms
