Job Overview

Migo is in search of a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in creating a meaningful experience for Migo’s users and catapulting the brand towards becoming a top-of-mind choice for quality, affordable content across the Indonesian mass market. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, greater marketing team and cross-functions in bringing a first-in-the-world digital sachet service to millions of Indonesians who have been left behind by the technological gap prevalent in today’s emerging markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the greater Marketing team in defining customer acquisition and user retention strategies and driving Migo’s audience through the end-to-end consumer journey
  • Formulate, execute and monitor plans and programs in line with the overall marketing strategies to achieve target number of customers, increase usage frequency and minimize potential churn
  • Synergize with cross-functional teams and drive on-the-ground execution excellence to optimize customer acquisition costs, maximize revenue and continuously enhance customer experience
  • Lead the customer support function and oversee its execution to build customer relationships and guarantee consumer satisfaction
  • Continuously challenge the status quo through online and offline A/B testing
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and transform consumer insights into data-driven, actionable projects and campaigns

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the telco, FMCG and/or technology/internet companies or advertising/marketing agency, active involvement in go-to market launch is a plus
  • Expertise in fundamental marketing and sales principles, and manifests thorough knowledge of the Indonesian retail landscape
  • Proven track record of delivering results for rapid growth in a fast-paced work environment
  • Aggressive and persistent, possesses a can-do attitude coupled with an innovative, creative mindset
