Job Overview

Migo is looking for a Marketing Manager to take on a leadership role in its Marketing team in Indonesia. This person will be responsible to ensure that all plans, projects and initiatives of the team are synchronized and meld into a personalized and meaningful journey for our target users. You are expected to capitalize on your experiences in different marketing functions, including market research, branding, communications, and marketing strategy, to influence decisions and implement solutions for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing plans, projects and initiatives across different channels, and ensure that these align with the overall marketing strategies
  • Synergize with other marketing managers to build a consistent and harmonious customer experience that adapts with the complexities of online to offline consumer journey
  • Lead market researches and consumer insights analysis to achieve a consumer-centric approach to marketing
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing data and KPIs to unlock opportunities in enhancing the consumer experience and drive higher revenue, user engagement and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ideating ways and solutions to continuously grow the Migo brand

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the telco, FMCG and/or technology/internet companies
  • Proven experience in different marketing functions and in handling the end-to-end consumer journey
  • Data-driven, analytical and exhibits a consumer-obsessed mindset
  • Possesses high team spirit and good entrepreneurial mindset
