The Marketing Manager for Customer Acquisition is responsible for creating a positive, meaningful experience for first-time Migo users. This opportunity will let you bring a first-in-the-world digital sachet service to millions of Indonesians who have been left behind by the technological gap prevalent in today’s emerging markets. You are expected to capitalize on your skills, knowledge, and experience to bring a fresh perspective towards increasing awareness, consideration, preference, and conversion among the country’s ever-evolving customer segments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute marketing activation strategies that will deliver a target number of customers across channels within set timelines
  • Identify short-term and long-range issues in the early stages of the customer life cycle and craft the necessary courses of action to address these
  • Accelerate large-scale user acquisition by determining and evaluating current and future market trends that impact the product’s growth
  • Drive plans and programs to maximize revenue and increase market share while optimizing customer acquisition costs
  • Work with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver efficient and effective results based on set KPIs

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications, FMCG, and/or technology/internet industries, active involvement in go-to market launch is a plus
  • Expertise in fundamental marketing and sales principles with specialization in customer acquisition and product activations
  • Proven track record of delivering results for rapid growth in a fast-paced work environment
  • Aggressive and persistent, possesses a can-do attitude coupled with an innovative, creative mindset
