Job Overview

Migo is in search of a Content Manager who will drive its programming and content acquisition strategies and implementation. The successful hire will be in-charge of curating best-in-class content library to cater to our wide audience of varying demographics, and of identifying, sourcing and acquiring content which captures the hearts of Migo’s audience. You will be working closely with different teams across the organization to formulate innovative and impactful projects aimed to yield greater user engagement, enhance the user experience and drive business growth.   • Design, implement and monitor Migo’s content programming and acquisition strategies
  • Drive and oversee licensing efforts while cultivating synergistic partnerships with local and international content providers
  • Synthesize market trends and user insights and transform these into compelling campaigns and initiatives
  • Synergize with cross-functional teams and influence product, marketing and business decisions through data-backed recommendations
  • Be the expert of the market by keeping up-to-date with the latest changes in the industry and the evolving preferences of our target audience



  • At least 5 yrs’ experience in OTT/ VOD/ media and entertainment industry with focus on content programming and content acquisition
  • Deep understanding of the mass market audience and its preferences
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; formulates decisions and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data analyses
  • Thorough knowledge of the content industry, OTT services, and digital media platforms
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English languages
  • Exhibits a collaborative mindset and possesses strong results orientation
