As an Executive Assistant at Mighty, you will report directly to our CEO and be the catalyst for setting our team up for success as we continue to rapidly scale. You’ll work cross functionally across all parts of our organization and will become the go-to person for all things Mighty. Our EA will feel at ease handling confidential and high priority information, and will be a master at multitasking and understanding how to prioritize their day to day responsibilities. You will be able to synthesize information from multiple sources, anticipate needs of the team, and be flexible to make necessary changes on the fly. This role is based in New York, NY.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the leadership team, specifically the CEO, to manage their schedules and keep them well informed and well prepared for upcoming commitments
  • Assist in document preparation for Board Meetings, own bi-monthly All-Hands and their required coordination, and be responsible for organizing and preparing all additional internal and external engagements
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly and the team has the essentials needed to be productive (including ordering supplies, managing vendors, etc)
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding and payroll/hr related processes as needed
  • Take ownership of managing any additional Ad-Hoc projects

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably at a start-up or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Are excellent at communicating with all levels of the organization, from executives to interns
  • Have intrinsic organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Have mastered wearing many hats and are eager to sweep the floors - there is no task that is too big or too small for you
  • Have technical fundamentals and are resourceful when it comes to tech office equipment, setting up software (like Zoom), etc.
  • Are trustworthy and dependable
  • Exude positivity and are always eager to learn

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience assisting with HR and new hire onboarding processes
  • Previous bookkeeping experience
