We are looking to hire a creative, results driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work hand in hand together on building out and managing Mighty’s growth marketing strategy. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about what they do - you’ll work on projects that range in scope, get to choose which best align with your strengths, and execute against those! You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to help craft, deploy, and measure key initiatives that will have a positive impact on Mighty’s user growth. This role can be based in New York, NY or be fully remote. We are able to offer a Senior Growth Marketing Manager title depending on experience.
What you’ll do:
Execute against key growth metrics with little direction
Own high-level marketing campaigns
Create dashboards to track growth/marketing team metrics
Spin up marketing lead generation programs
Execute and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and engagement performance

Have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Marketing
