The technology, network and data advantages that the Mighty platform and network provide allows Mighty Capital to be responsive and flexible while ensuring superior financial returns.
We’re looking to bring a deeply process-oriented Finance Operations Associate on to our Mighty Capital team to function as the day to day manager of all our current Capital customers. You will be responsible for managing those relationships - from bringing them on board to ensuring that their regular financing transactions are executed smoothly and flawlessly. You’ll also get to dip your feet into other aspects of our finance operations, including assisting with underwriting and evaluating new client opportunities. As an early member of our rapidly growing Capital function, you’ll be an integral part of automating our financial operations processes and you’ll have the chance to make massive contributions as we continue to scale. What you’ll do:
Interface with existing Mighty Capital clients and troubleshoot issues the have
Onboard new clients and guide them through adapting to our processes
Educate new clients on how they can best maximize the value of their relationship with Mighty Capital
Process and analyze all cash collections associated with our clients
Assist in underwriting and evaluating new client opportunities
We want to hear from you if you:
Have 2-5 years of experience in a finance-focused role (finops, investment bank analyst, etc)
Have unbeatable knowledge of advanced Excel and are lightning fast at building out spreadsheets
Have intermediate knowledge of accounting and great organizational abilities
Are an excellent relationship builder and have strong people skills
Are deeply process oriented - you feel at your most comfortable when you’re following a structure and are excited by getting to iterate and improve on that structure
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Are not afraid to ask questions or make objections, in fact, it’s something you very much enjoy
Are a team player and eager to make a large contributions that sometimes have you stepping outside of your comfort zone
