Mighty is on a mission to help millions of injured plaintiffs get a better deal from the civil justice system. Today, our ownership management platform helps personal injury law firms, medical providers and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 150,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.
We are looking to hire a creative, results driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work hand in hand together on building out and managing Mighty’s growth marketing strategy. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about what they do - you’ll work on projects that range in scope, get to choose which best align with your strengths, and execute against those! You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to help craft, deploy, and measure key initiatives that will have a positive impact on Mighty’s user growth. This role can be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. We are able to offer a Senior Growth Marketing Manager title depending on experience.
What you’ll do:
Execute against key growth metrics with little direction
Own high-level marketing campaigns
Create dashboards to track growth/marketing team metrics
Spin up marketing lead generation programs
Execute and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and engagement performance
We’d like to hear from you if you:
Have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Marketing
Are a creative thinker
Are growth minded
Are scrappy and capable of working around ambiguity
Have a metrics-driven approach to marketing
Are an independent problem solver
Value the process of working toward getting desired results
Thrive working in an autonomous environment where you have a lot of ownership over key initiatives
You love coming up with strategic ideas but are just as excited to roll up your sleeves and execute. No job is too big or small.
