Midi is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our growing healthcare start-up. We are seeking someone who has empathy and compassion for supporting women 40+. 
 
Pay: $18-20/hour 
Status: Full time, benefited, employed (W2)
Hours: Saturday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer high volume patient inbound calls
  • Resolve patient concerns, including technical support and complaints 
  • Triage patient calls using the patient portal (athenaHealth) or Zendesk when necessary
Skills: 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and calm
  • Ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Self-starter 
Minimum Requirements: 
  • 5 years providing a high touch patient experience 
  • 2 years Zendesk experience 
  • 2 years Athena experience 
  • 2 years Google Workplace experience (required) 
  • Strong and professional verbal communication skills
  • Strong and professional written communications skills 
  • Strong, reliable internet and quiet, distraction-free workplace
