EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: Indefinite term, full-time.
JOB SUMMARY:
Execution of the project according to specifications required by the customer. Design, engineering, material and instrumentation selection, guide assembling and commissioning of Pilot Plant lab-scale reactors.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Elaborate the detailed engineering and make the testing plan. Project design (process engineering and electronic)
- Material selection, suppliers for specific parts required for the system.
- Guide and participate while the assembling stage.
- Commission once software and hardware are integrated. Testing according to specifications.
- Elaborate necessary technical documentation.
- Manage communication with the customer.
- Check that all necessary documentation with the project has been completed and filed accordingly.
- Coordinate with sales support all administrative process since purchase order until shipment.
- Supervise and meet applicable normative and elaborate the technical documentation if required, including CE mark of the equipment.
- Revise and supervise the documentation and necessary tests, if external certification is required according to Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
- Support during Installation, commissioning and training at customer site if required,
- Provide necessary documentation, if required, for the ISO Quality company system
- Maintains neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards.
- Meets all quality, quantity and established manufacturing practices to satisfy customer requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
- Good level AutoCad design software
- Good level for PC skills / use of computers and Office 365 suite package.
- High level of English
- Positive attitude, ability to work well with others and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday 7:00AM-8:30AM to 15:15PM – 16:45PM; Friday 7:00-8:30 to 14:45 – 16:15: (Flex/8-hour shift)
