As Digital Ads Producer, your primary focus will be to ensure that all visual sales content meets the highest quality standards. You should have a passion for working with big brands to create great advertising products, which Mic’s millions of users can engage with. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of creating wireframes, presentations, page layouts, infographics, and branding concepts. Our Digital Ads Producer will assist account executives and account managers on collateral for RFPs, as well as high-impact presentations. This role will report directly to our Creative Director for Design.
Design world-class ad experiences that are consistent across all digital platforms (ie hero ads, landing pages, interactives, and video branding)
Manage expectations between both technical (ad tech engineers) and non-technical (sales) team members
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
Conceptualize mockups and executions for RFPs with extremely quick turnarounds
Create keynote presentations for proactive pitches to top 100 brands
Mockup sales ideas into videos and animations to present to clients
1-2 years of graphic design experience, bonus if from an advertising background
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
Eagerness to collaborate across disciplines with team members at all levels
Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
Expert level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Apple Keynote
