This is a full-time On-site role for a Director of IT Applications located in High Point NC or Fort Smith AR.  They will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of software applications that support the business operations and processes. This role will have a focus on NetSuite Administration duties, including all NS Integrations with additional backup infrastructure responsibilities. This role is fast paced working with a company in growth-mode where digital transformation is a priority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business/industry, with a strong desire to continuously learn about new technologies.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience (implementation experience a plus) with business greater than $50m sales revenue.
  • Proficiency in PHP, SQL, Angular and any other relevant technologies preferred
  • Some experience with warehouse management systems and EDI
  • Good grasp of Procure to Pay, Order to Delivery, and Order to Cash business cycles.
  • Natural leader with strong communication skills and ability to work well under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Deep understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.

 

Experience

  • Work with implementation partners and internal project team on integration from legacy system into NetSuite.
  • Manage all 3rd party integrations into NetSuite from project implementation and beyond.
  • Collaborate with team members across all business functions and external development teams to perform customizations, resolve user issues and define processes within NetSuite.
  • Administrative technical support, troubleshooting software issues.
  • Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information in the software.
  • Dashboard creation and modification for user groups.
  • Manage updates and communication of updates to user community.
IT Administration Roles and Responsibilities
  • Continuously evaluate software, hardware, and communication infrastructure against agreements
  • Manage Internal and outsourced IT Staff, projects, and day to day operations.
  • Work with Infrastructure lead to develop and maintain standards and procedures regarding IT security and disaster recovery.
  • Work to modernize systems and technologies and establish continuous improvements of IT systems.
  • Implement company-wide technology updates and communication of updates to user community.
