This role is external to our internal operations at Myers-Holum, focusing exclusively on the dynamic needs of our client. As part of our Talent Solutions arm, this role plays a pivotal role in leading the transition of our client's operational areas – Finance, Partner Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Online Ordering – to the NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves detailed process analysis, seamless system integration, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. Working closely with the Senior Director, Migration Consultant, departmental leads, and other partners, you'll ensure a smooth transition and successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
Project Management and Coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement a cutting-edge ERP environment and streamline business processes.
- Understand project scope, schedule, and deliverables, aligning them with stakeholders' needs and expectations.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Interface with ERP implementation partners for seamless integration.
- Facilitate transition and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project stakeholders, maintaining healthy relationships and delivering on commitments.
- Ensure project scope and schedule adherence, conducting periodic reviews and risk assessments.
- Escalate project issues to senior management as necessary.
Business Improvements and Enhancements
- Act as a liaison between business and technical resources, providing NetSuite/Waerlinx platform solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, designing innovative solutions for organizational optimization.
- Configure system workflows, scripts, forms, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and manage system integrations.
- Design and create reports and dashboards aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support end-user requests and analytics team members with report generation and dashboard creation.
Systems Administration
- Proactively administer ERP systems, ensuring process compliance and resolving technical issues.
- Stay updated on NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration best practices.
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade NetSuite to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues.
- Provide ongoing ERP training for users.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in ERP system migration, particularly in transitioning distribution warehouse processes to Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills, coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite/WAERLinx WMS modules and managing third-party integrations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and financial teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Knowledge of data migration best practices and tools.
