Award-winning MG Properties is searching for an Area Manager to join our team and oversee our growing portfolio in the Washington area!
The Area Manager is the direct link between the Regional Manager and the site personnel. They will be responsible for all property operations within their portfolio. The Area Manager will effectively lead, manage and coordinate personnel, activities and available resources. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values, assist in training and mentoring, onboarding new employees, and serve the acquisitions teams as needed.
Knowledge and Experience
Five years’ experience property management experience
Multi- family industry required.
Strong marketing, customer service, pricing and sales skills required.
Must have effective team building and employee development skills.
Candidate must be service- and solution-oriented and have a proven results-driven track record.
Must possess excellent financial and business acumen.
Knowledge of property management software platforms including (Yardi, RealPage)
A valid Driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
$95,000-$130,000/annually based upon experience and location
