What You'll Do:
Work with our first-class team to provide amazing customer service at our shop
Supporting customers through their buying experience by ringing up goods and using our Point of Sale system
Demonstrate extraordinary product knowledge and be capable of giving experienced advice to our customers
Focus on communicating MeUndies’ values and brand philosophy to new and returning customers
Continuously strive to think up innovative ways to reinvent the shopping experience for our customers
Organize and maintain the retail store by stocking various product, creating visual displays, and keeping the shop tidy
Who You Are:
Client & Service Expert: You ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate MeUndies experience to customers. This includes attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and genuine care for the customer.
An Ambassador: You understand the MeUndies aesthetic, and communicate our brand philosophy and lifestyle to the customer. Your passion for the things that you love is infectious, and you are great at communicating that passion with others.
An Operational Executor: You understand how visitors ebb/flow in the store, and anticipate high traffic times. You can quickly (and discreetly) replenish merchandise on the sales floor without missing a beat, and are knowledgeable of stock including quantity and how many units are on hand.
Physical And Scheduling Requirements:
Must be available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays
Standing for extended periods of time
Able to safely lift boxes up to 60 pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders
Education And Experience Required:
Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in a retail/food services/hospitality industry, professional selling experience bonus points
High school degree preferred
Ability to handle food/alcohol distribution
