We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking Associate of Growth Marketing who will help us drive efficient customer acquisition while experimenting and scaling digital and offline marketing channels. This individual should have interest and experience in Performance Marketing and will be responsible for managing a variety of marketing channels and partnerships, including but not limited to Audio/Podcast, TV/Video, Affiliate & Influencer, and Out of Home. The Associate will also assist in reporting and analyzing performance by channel, vetting partnerships, managing advertising budgets, and should be comfortable reporting on KPIs and delivering actionable insights to drive strategy forward. 

 What You’ll Do 

  • Manage day-to-day operation and optimization of MeUndies performance marketing programs including campaign planning and spend forecasting, partnership vetting, asset trafficking, product seeding and performance reporting across Audio/Podcast, TV/Video, Affiliate & Influencer, and Out of Home
  • Implement and manage promotion codes, vanity URLs, and tracking tags for both advertising campaigns and larger business needs  
  • Collaborate with creative team to deliver innovative briefs that produce effective ads and podcast scripts ensuring best practices are met, and communicating findings in a way that leverages ad creative to improve channel performance
  • Pull, input, and analyze campaign and channel performance, identifying optimizations and communicating insights and actionable next steps to key stakeholders
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders, working hands on to ensure business and brand alignment, facilitate reporting, and billing processes
  • Align with Brand marketing team to activate initiatives that drive awareness and engagement goals

What You Have: 

  • 1-2 years of agency or in-house experience managing acquisition channels with an interest in offline and affiliate marketing
  • Basic Excel Skills  (Simple Formulas and Functions, Pivot Tables)
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and an understanding of marketing KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, CPC, ROAS & LTV) and how they work together to influence results
  • Strong problem solving skills and interest to dive deeper into questions
  • You’re an organized and dependable individual. 
  • Test and learn mindset; Interest in testing new channels as well as exploring new strategies and tactics
  • Solid project management skills: enthusiasm to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize activities, and keep projects moving forward

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced Excel functions (V-lookup, Index Match, etc.)
  • Experience with presentation tools: Google Presentation, PowerPoint, or Keynote
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data visualization software (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, DOMO, etc.)
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge to identify technical issues
  • Experience with implementing and optimizing full funnel marketing strategies
