Since then, the LA-based DTC company has inspired a passionate (some might say obsessed) community with its super-soft Undies and Loungewear that Buzzfeed describes as “actual heaven against your skin.”
Fast forward to today, and MeUndies has sold more than twelve million pairs of underwear and is profitable with double-digit YoY growth. The company has redefined the transactional subscription model with a more community-focused, Membership approach—putting an emphasis on long-lasting Member relationships through special perks.
With its continued innovation, MeUndies has managed to stay ahead of the curve and offers multiple purchase options (singles, packs, matching pairs, & membership). We opened its first flagship store in Los Angeles in 2018. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, customer centric Key holder to join our Century City store management team!
What you’ll do:
Deliver excellence in customer experience
Communicate and Represent MeUndies unique values and brand philosophy to customer and team members alike
Coach entire team, identify learning opportunities, and create development plans
Oversee daily staffing, inventory management, and visual standards
Be part of executing and improving all operational activities to make sure the store delivers on financial expectations
Support in recruiting, on-boarding, and training highly motivated and exceptional candidates
What you have:
2+ years managerial experience in a customer service oriented retail setting
Action oriented, driving for results
Has a passion for people development and a knack for motivation.
Ability to hold people accountable and establish trust amongst direct reports
Strong oral and written communication skills
A team player comfortable providing feedback innovating and getting your hands dirty (or something to that effect)
Knows how to have fun and boost positive vibes
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Physical And Scheduling Requirements:
Must be available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays
