About the role

The Warehouse Operations team delivers Meter’s mission by designing and executing the logistics needed to deploy the Meter product ecosystem at scale. Warehouse Operations is a fundamental product pillar at Meter, connecting our vertically integrated hardware and supply chain to customers. We are building the operational capacity to deploy at any scale in North America while delivering a productized experience that enables anyone to deploy and manage enterprise-grade networks. Our networks are critical infrastructure - Meter is committed to democratizing access to state-of-the-art connectivity as it becomes increasingly fundamental to modern life.

This role is based out of our SF office.

You will have an impact by

  • Executing product fulfillment to ensure equipment is delivered accurately and on time
  • Improving product and process to enhance warehouse operations efficiency and customer experience, while reducing costs 
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of programmatic improvements to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory levels to support forecasting for new and return inventory 
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Meter’s vendors and partners to optimize operational efficiency and cost

You might be a good fit if you

  • Demonstrate a strong customer-focus and an orientation towards delivering a great product experience 
  • Value infrastructure as a product and understand its fundamental role in society
  • Have 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations with a meaningful segment of that experience scaling production, improving quality and reducing costs for a fast-growing business 
  • Understand Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills (the ability to write well is especially important at Meter)
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively navigate and have an impact in highly ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • Have logistics experience including working with LTL companies

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows

  •  $70,000 - $115,000
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
