About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer with iOS experience on our Customer Experience product team, you will craft and enhance the digital experiences that introduce users to our product and drive adoption. This includes owning the end-to-end development of critical capabilities like user onboarding flows, compelling free trials and upgrades, and intuitive self-service features. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and designers while leading the buildout of front-end and back-end components.

What you’ll do:

  • Build: Design, develop, and maintain web applications for user onboarding, trial and free-tier experiences, and self-service capabilities.
  • Mobile Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly functional and user-friendly features for our iOS application.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to understand and translate user needs into exceptional experiences. annual
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the full development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to implementation and deployment.
  • Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern front-end (React, Javascript) and back-end (Node.js + Python) technologies.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Optimize performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to ensure secure and reliable deployments.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: You have 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
  • Full-Stack Proficiency: You’re proficient in building both front-end and back-end applications.
  • iOS Development: Experience with modern iOS frameworks.
  • Framework and Language Savvy: You have experience with a modern front-end framework languages (React) and a back-end language (Python, Node.js).
  • UX Optimization Expert: You have experience building and optimizing user interfaces and user journeys. You’re passionate about the user experience and have a strong desire to create intuitive and delightful interfaces.
  • Web Development: You have a deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Strong Communicator: You excel at understanding the broader context and can articulate your thoughts clearly. You enjoy being in front of customers if the circumstance calls for it.
  • Self-starter: You’re intrinsically motivated and can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Lifelong Learner: You’re passionate about technology and well-informed about the latest technologies and trends in software development.
