The Position

Mesosphere is looking for a proactive and energetic leader to join our marketing team as our Marketing Operation Manager. This role is a highly visible and strategic for the company and is responsible for managing all marketing systems and technology while working cross-functionally with other teams to drive and track Mesophere’s key marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full marketing technology stack across implementation, integration, administration, and metrics
  • Key technologies managed include Marketo, Salesforce, BrightFunnel, Terminus, and more
  • Manage data clean-up and augmentation efforts to ensure campaign effectiveness and accurate business metrics
  • Own and support the team across all areas of marketing attribution throughout the full sales funnel
  • Enable data-driven decisions based on marketing and company KPIs.
  • Support the greater marketing team with campaign template creation and own quality control and testing across all activities
  • Consistently refine our scoring model based on business input
  • Define, document and implement scalable program processes
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales operations and sales development teams to manage and update lead processes and optimize the sales funnel

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in marketing operations--Marketo power user required, Marketo certification a plus
  • Expert with Marketo programming and smart campaigns
  • Experience creating Salesforce campaigns, views, reports, dashboards
  • Experience managing Marketo's Salesforce integration
  • Experience using business Intelligence tools like Domo, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
  • Obsessed with the details
  • Strong team player, knows when to lead and when to teach
  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
