Authentick empowers the community and experts to verify collections to generate verified insights which are shared with buyers. All these will be done though the Authentick application and over time be integrated into transaction workflows.

In this role, you’ll need to
- Lead and execute multi-disciplinary design sprints, involving wireframing, prototype designing and hand-over to program management, technology, and engineering teams
- Lead UX / UI design to ensure that product experience is aligned with customer-based research and business needs
- Use design thinking techniques for the development of product features, customising user experience and overall service design
- Work with research to conduct quantitative and ethnographic research investigations that help strategically frame and understand customer behaviours
- Bring research to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, stories and scenarios
- Go over the thinking of our product roadmap and obsess over our customer experience
You should apply if you possess:
- Deep knowledge and experience of UX and UI design with full product cycle completed - we would love to see examples!
- Significant track record shaping real-to-world user experiences and delivering tangible products and services to market, with at least 2 years leading creative projects to successful completion
- You have lead cross-functional teams before and have influenced decisions in Product, Engineering and Design
- Detail-oriented with an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong end-to-end design capabilities across a diverse range of projects ideally within Digital Assets / NFTs and/or eCommerce!
- You have experience working with research in support of product prototyping and testing, future visioning and strategy development
- Fluent with modern front-end development
