Authentick empowers the community and experts to verify collections to generate verified insights which are shared with buyers. All these will be done though the Authentick application and over time be integrated into transaction workflows.

You will be the first HR and Talent Partner hired into the business to create impact and set frameworks in place.
 
In this role you will:

People
  • Advising stakeholders on setting up the HR and Talent processes and procedures.
  • Provides day-to-day support and HR advice, guidance and recommendations to the stakeholders on all operational and strategic HR issues.
  • To partner closely with stakeholders and employees to create and maintain a good culture and environment, relationships and morale.
Talent
  • Own the full-cycle search, assessment, and recruitment strategy for Authentick.
  • Develop research strategies and employ various sourcing methods to build talent pipeline; while fostering diversity, promoting our employer brand, and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates though proactive market research
  • Serve as an advocate to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You should have:
  • A genuine interest in Web 3.0 and/or decentralized technologies
  • Start-up experience, with the ability to operate autonomously and define as well as implement new processes
  • Extensive research experience, including creative approaches to sourcing talent and gathering market & compensation data
  • The ability to influence senior business leaders and act as a talent advisor
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and.or Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) (i.e. Greenhouse)
  • Experience in executive search or talent strategy consulting is a plus
