This leadership position is tasked with ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, overseeing payment processes, and supporting key business functions to foster a stable and effective operational environment.
Responsibilities?
In this role, you will:
- Operational Support: Ensure the seamless operation of Fortune by overseeing and supporting all aspects of payment operations. This includes managing workflows, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Transaction Success Management: Closely monitor and maintain the success rate of transactions, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Invoicing and Payments Reconciliation: Oversee the management of invoicing and payments reconciliation functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, adherence to financial controls, and maintenance of comprehensive records.
- Investor Communications Support: Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications to investors, providing transparent and informative updates on operational performance, milestones achieved, and strategic initiatives.
